Illustration Friday - Feet

Here is my submission for this weeks Illustration Friday theme: FEET.
I'm not someone who believes in luck but this was the first thing that popped into my head when hearing the theme. Drawn in ink, colourized in photoshop with a scanned background.

It's Fred

So we have this cat called Fred. I originally wanted to call him Dave but was persuaded to change it to Fred. Fred is the perfect name. I think our cat has an inner ear problem that makes him unbalanced. He often falls off the couch, the window sill, the bed - that's what gives him character I guess. He's pretty funny.

Nemo Is That You?

So this has become something I'm obsessed with. I've been drawing at a feverous pace. I've also located a bunch of older sketches/doodles that after some cleaning up, have the potential to be pretty cool. This one took about 20 minutes from start to finish - fun times indeed.

aaaand JAZZHANDS!

I was inspired by the Bluenote record covers from back in the day.
Again a pen drawing with some slight colour modifivations in photoshop.

Camping is nature's way of promoting the motel business

I saw one of these the other day and thought it was a pretty strange thing to have in the city.

I was reminded the other day of a camping trip we took last summer. While this isn't me specifically, it is the one image in my mind of camping, packing the car in anticipation of a great time up north.

Sugar Frosted Goodness

I was asked by Jeff from Sugar Frosted Goodness to join the community and begin posting artwork there. In honour of joining SFG, here's a quick sketch. Check out all the great artwork. http://sugarfrostedgoodness.blogspot.com/

Full of Sketchy Goodness

Here's a few colourized sketches. I sketch them out with a pen and then scan and colourize them in photoshop ffor no other reason than my amusement.

Frozen Ace

I was at home waiting for the furnace repairman to come in the 5 hour window. The temperature was a balmy 60 degrees in the house and this was on my mind.

First Post - Again.

So I've posted here many times, wondering what type of blog to start, photography, design, etc... and it finally cam to me - "post your doodles" So here they are in no particular order. I'll try to add as frequently as possible.
